Yeditepe University Hospital Healthcare Institutions’ International Patient Services Department serves patients from around the world, providing a one-stop-shop from their initial inquiry, right through their entire stay at the hospital, and to their follow-up care at home – all in a language they can understand.
Our International Patent Services Department is dedicated entirely to providing all our international patients with a comprehensive service covering every aspect of their trip, from their travel plans to and from Istanbul, through accommodation and leisure activities, and most importantly of course, coordinating their medical treatment or surgery with Yeditepe University Hospital Healthcare Institutions’ Centers of Excellence – all in their own language and sensitive to their own cultural values.
The International Patient Services Department is ready and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist all our international patients and their families with planning their medical travel. International Patient Specialists respond to every patient inquiry within 24 hours after evaluating the initial medical reports of the patients with the appropriate physicians and experts.
The Department is available by phone or e-mail to answer any queries or points you may have concerning every aspect of your visit.
