Career Summary

• Graduated from Akdeniz University’s Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and finished her specialization training in the Department of Neurology of the same faculty. Between 1996-1997, for 6 months, she worked as a guest researcher in Southampton – UK, in Southampton General Hospital, in Clinical Neurophysiology (EEG-EMG- Stimulated Potentials and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). In 1997, she received the Assistant Professor title, and in 2000, the title of Associate Professor. Between 2001-2002, in the Cleveland Clinic of the USA, she worked as a guest researcher in Epileptic Surgery and Epilepsy and video-EEG motorization. She gained the title of Professor in 2006 and continued working there until 2009.
